Vic: Latham draws broad vision for Australia=2

Mr LATHAM also told the gathering Medicare is another rung in his ladder of opportunity,

He says under a Labor government, bulk billing by doctors will be increased from the
current 68 per cent to 80 per cent.

Australia of poverty by involving all levels of government in a concerted attack.

Mr LATHAM says Labor will give Australians a real choice in the next federal election.
